Implemented a Quality Management Diploma under the Riyadh Chamber Training & Employment Center to prepare Saudi women for private-sector roles. We nominated academic supervisors, supplied vetted trainers, standardized materials, and coordinated certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt and International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA). Delivered 18 specialized courses to over 150 participants with ongoing support and a knowledge-transfer guide.
A. The Challenge
Equip Saudi women with recognized quality management skills and credentials, align training with employer expectations, coordinate certifying bodies, and ensure consistent, high-quality content and delivery across recurring cohorts.
B. Our Solution
Designed and ran a ten-month diploma: appointed an academic supervisor, engaged qualified trainers, standardized curricula, coordinated IRCA and Six Sigma Green Belt pathways, and provided continuous support, knowledge-transfer tools, and oversight.
