This project provided specialised training programmes to improve the skills of workers in Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector, including airport taxi drivers and entrepreneurs. It covered customer service excellence, entrepreneurship and business skills to ensure tourists receive a high‑quality experience and to encourage the growth of tourism projects.

Many tourism sector workers lacked the service and entrepreneurial skills necessary to meet visitor expectations and support sector growth.

Targeted training programmes were developed and delivered to taxi drivers, hospitality staff and aspiring entrepreneurs, focusing on service etiquette, communication and business fundamentals.
