This project delivered an integrated HR transformation for the National Center for Environmental Compliance in Riyadh. Scope included succession and workforce planning; HR policies and procedures; job descriptions; recruitment; performance management; onboarding; engagement measurement; cascading objectives; talent management; and a training strategy. It also defined the governance and operating model and specified requirements for HRIS, rewards, learning, and employee voice platforms.
A. The Challenge
Build a coherent HR function: plan workforce needs, standardize processes, align objectives, and enable performance, learning, and talent with modern systems, while establishing governance, compliance, and effective knowledge transfer.
B. Our Solution
Co-developed policies and procedures, job architecture, and operating governance; produced succession, recruitment, onboarding, and performance frameworks; measured engagement; cascaded objectives; crafted a training and continuous learning strategy; and documented technical requirements for HRIS, rewards, learning, and employee voice.
