Project Components

This project delivered an integrated training program for 350 personnel at the Military Industries Corporation in Riyadh. It combined leadership, management, and technical modules covering report writing, official correspondence, operational process management, financial and consolidation skills, strategic and maintenance planning, and resource optimization. Structured pre- and post-assessments were used to measure learning outcomes and institutional performance improvement.

A. The Challenge

MIC needed to strengthen institutional performance across administrative, financial, and technical functions in a complex defense environment. Capabilities varied widely, reporting quality was inconsistent, and planning, maintenance, and resource allocation processes lacked standardization. The organization required a scalable way to build core skills, align practices, and close gaps in operational execution.

B. Our Solution

We designed and delivered role-specific curricula aligned with MIC’s operational reality, covering financial management and consolidated reporting, operational process management, strategic and maintenance planning, and efficient resource utilization. Training combined practical workshops, real MIC case studies, and guided exercises. Pre- and post-training assessments were applied to verify knowledge acquisition, behavioral change, and on-the-job applicability.

C. Key Achievements

The program successfully trained 350 employees and improved the quality of report writing and official correspondence. Participants strengthened skills in process management, financial analysis, and consolidated reporting. Strategic and maintenance planning capabilities were embedded across targeted units. Measurable gains in assessment scores demonstrated enhanced competence, greater consistency in work practices, and better-informed managerial decision-making.
