The International Educator Program (InterEdu) is a strategic training initiative delivered in English. It consists of 47 courses aimed at transforming quantitative training into high‑quality professional development for Arab educators. The curriculum covers leadership, pedagogy, digital skills and international best practices, and includes blended learning, mentorship and certification.
A. The Challenge
Teachers in the region lacked access to advanced, English‑language training programmes that build leadership and modern pedagogical skills. Existing initiatives emphasised quantity over quality, leaving educators underprepared for global benchmarks.
B. Our Solution
We designed a two‑year programme with 47 modular courses that integrate leadership, pedagogy, digital transformation and language skills. International experts delivered courses through workshops, e‑learning and mentoring. Certifications recognised participants’ achievements and a training‑of‑trainers model ensured ongoing capability.
C. Key Achievements
Educators enhanced their teaching practice and leadership capability. The programme raised English proficiency, introduced digital tools and promoted global teaching standards. Graduates gained recognised certifications and now mentor peers, multiplying the impact.
