This programme analysed pre‑ and post‑implementation gaps in organizational values and employee engagement at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises. Electronic surveys, psychometric assessments and focus groups were used to gauge understanding, practice and motivation at supervisory and non‑supervisory levels. The project then designed training content and initiatives to promote internal values and strengthen engagement.
A. The Challenge
The authority needed to improve adoption of its institutional values and increase employee engagement but lacked clear insights into existing gaps.

Consultants conducted comprehensive gap analyses using surveys and personality tests, then developed tailored training modules, communication campaigns and tools to embed values and foster engagement across the organisation.
