The project developed and activated an ethical charter for employees in non‑profit organisations. It included diagnosing current practices, drafting and approving the charter, developing guidelines and codes of conduct, delivering training workshops and creating monitoring tools to ensure compliance.
A. The Challenge
The non‑profit sector lacked a unified ethical framework, leading to inconsistent behaviour and undermining public trust in charitable organisations.
B. Our Solution
We collaborated with stakeholders to assess existing practices, defined ethical standards and developed a comprehensive charter and accompanying guidelines. We trained staff across multiple organisations and established mechanisms for monitoring adherence.
C. Key Achievements
The initiative fostered a culture of integrity across the sector, enhanced transparency and accountability and provided tools for ongoing ethics management.
