The two‑year programme trained educational leaders across the Gulf and Yemen on diverse evaluation tools, quality standards and unified procedures. A. The Challenge
Differing standards and a lack of unified evaluation methods across Gulf education systems hindered quality improvement. Leaders needed skills and tools to assess teaching, students and school environments consistently.
