For Giad Industrial Group in Sudan, we designed and delivered a comprehensive training programme to embed corporate values across a workforce of 1,000 employees. The initiative included needs analysis, customised curricula, interactive workshops, e‑learning materials, value ambassadors and measurement tools to reinforce desired behaviours at all organisational levels.
A. The Challenge
