For Giad Industrial Group in Sudan, we designed and delivered a comprehensive training programme to embed corporate values across a workforce of 1,000 employees. The initiative included needs analysis, customised curricula, interactive workshops, e‑learning materials, value ambassadors and measurement tools to reinforce desired behaviours at all organisational levels.

A. The Challenge

The group faced inconsistent adoption of its values across managerial and technical levels. Without structured training and clear messaging, employees interpreted core values differently, undermining cohesion and performance.

B. Our Solution

We analysed the existing culture, defined key values and developed tailored content. Interactive workshops and digital modules communicated the values, while ambassadors championed them. Follow‑up assessments and feedback loops reinforced learning and enabled continuous improvement.
