The project prepares the university’s fourth strategic plan for 2026–2030, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030, Ministry of Education directives, National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation requirements, global rankings (QS, ARWU), and quality excellence models. It engages stakeholders via workshops and surveys, benchmarks peer universities, defines initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develops a Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and delivers a branded plan book and final report.
A. The Challenge
Reconcile diverse regulatory and excellence requirements with ambitious ranking targets while securing broad stakeholder buy-in and drawing lessons from the third plan’s results to set credible priorities for 2026–2030.
B. Our Solution
Mobilized governance and workstreams; ran at least 12 stakeholder workshops and surveys; conducted internal–external analysis and benchmarking (two local, two regional, seven international); defined initiatives, KPIs, annual targets, BSC, implementation and risk plans; validated via pre-adoption suitability surveys.
C. Key Achievements (Expected)
Coherent strategy aligned with Vision 2030 and accreditation standards; approved initiatives and KPIs with yearly targets; BSC established; execution and risk plans completed; stakeholder validation conducted; plan summary and full book designed with the university’s visual identity and a comprehensive final report.
