The project empowers Waqaa Center to make evidence-based decisions by increasing compliance with National Data Management Office (NDMO) controls, establishing robust data governance, and developing advanced statistical methodologies. Scope covers current-state assessment, data collection and quality framework, pest and performance indicators, analytical and forecasting models, multi-level dashboards, periodic reports, three-month data office operation, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
A. The Challenge
Fragmented data, limited analytics, and non-standard indicators hinder timely, risk-informed decisions. The Center must institutionalize data quality and reporting while raising compliance with NDMO controls across plant and animal health domains.
B. Our Solution
Assess the current state; design a data collection and governance framework with quality standards; build pest and performance indicators; develop descriptive, inferential, time-series, and AI models; produce dashboards and periodic reports; operate a data office for three months; transfer knowledge.
C. Key Achievements
Delivered data dictionary and validation tool, collection and classification framework, multi-level dashboards, pest and performance indicators, compliance and quality reports, awareness workshops, a statistical yearbook design, and enhanced decision support with timely, reliable metrics.
