Project Components

The project supports the Education & Training Evaluation Commission in measuring, evaluating and accrediting general education institutions. It establishes robust standards, evaluation tools and training programs to ensure schools meet national quality requirements. Activities include benchmarking best practices, developing criteria, conducting pilot assessments and training evaluators. A digital system is implemented to manage accreditation workflows and data.

A. The Challenge

General education schools vary widely in quality and lack unified standards. The commission faced limited resources and tools to assess performance consistently across regions and to gain buy‑in from stakeholders.

B. Our Solution

Our team co‑created an evaluation framework aligned with international models, provided training to evaluators and school leaders and piloted accreditation processes in selected districts. We implemented a digital platform for data collection and reporting, ensuring transparency and continuous monitoring.

C. Key Achievements

The commission successfully launched a national accreditation programme covering hundreds of schools. Evaluation criteria were standardised, evaluators trained and a digital system established. The initiative strengthened quality assurance culture and set the foundation for ongoing improvement in general education.
