This project developed a national quality assurance system to raise educational standards in private schools. It delivered a reference framework for quality assurance, aligned with twenty‑first‑century learning, through extensive workshops, field visits and studies. The system includes tools for measurement, evaluation and continuous improvement.
A. The Challenge
Private education in Saudi Arabia lacked a unified quality assurance model, leading to inconsistent outcomes across schools. The Ministry of Education needed a comprehensive framework to ensure that private institutions met modern educational standards and improved learning outcomes.
B. Our Solution
We conducted extensive research, workshops and field visits to design a quality assurance system tailored for private education. The framework provides policies, guidelines, measurement tools and continuous improvement processes, enabling schools to implement and monitor quality practices aligned with contemporary educational needs.
C. Key Achievements
The project produced a national reference for quality assurance that has been adopted by private schools. It improved teaching quality and student outcomes, fostered a culture of continuous improvement and positioned the sector to meet future educational challenges. The framework supports ongoing monitoring and accreditation efforts.
