This project developed and delivered an integrated training programme for leaders and engineers in the Ministry of Education. Based on a detailed needs analysis, it comprised four phases implemented locally and internationally, including specialised courses, workshops and overseas experiences to enhance leadership and technical competencies.
A. The Challenge
Ministry leaders and engineers needed advanced skills and exposure to global best practices to effectively implement projects and innovations.
B. Our Solution
Tailored training content was designed; specialised courses were delivered in Saudi Arabia and abroad; partnerships with universities and institutes were formed; and coaching supported participants throughout.
C. Key Achievements
Participants gained new leadership and technical competencies, were exposed to international practices, and improved their ability to execute projects and drive innovation within the ministry.
