This project delivered a series of workshops and training kits focused on job skills, professional behaviour and technology use for twenty‑five participants. Topics included workplace communication, customer service, digital tools and professional etiquette. Training materials and practical exercises supported long‑term skill development.
A. The Challenge
Many beneficiaries lacked the skills and confidence to enter or re‑enter the labour market, particularly in an evolving digital economy.
B. Our Solution
We developed modular training content covering functional and behavioural skills and basic digital literacy. Sessions combined theory with hands‑on practice, enabling participants to apply what they learned and build confidence.
C. Key Achievements
Graduates gained practical job‑readiness skills, improved professionalism and became more comfortable using technology. The program facilitated their transition into employment or further training opportunities.
