Project Components
We provided a Kaizen and Lean training program for Al Zenouki Group, focusing on managers and engineers. The workshop covered Kaizen principles, Lean methodology, standard work and one-point lessons (OPL), 5S and visual management, coding systems, and periodic evaluation of compliance. Participants learned to identify and analyse problems and propose solutions.
A. The Challenge
The company sought to improve productivity and reduce waste but lacked a structured continuous improvement approach and trained personnel.
B. Our Solution
We trained participants in Kaizen and Lean, implemented 5S and coding systems, introduced visual management and standard work, and taught problem‑solving techniques and OPL documentation. Regular evaluations helped reinforce adoption.
C. Key Achievements
The program fostered a continuous improvement mindset, improved workplace organisation, and equipped managers and engineers to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
