Project Components

This project prepares the Human Resources Development Fund to achieve national and international excellence awards and implement multiple ISO management systems. It includes readiness for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, European Foundation for Quality Management certifications and deployment of ISO standards for health and safety, knowledge management, facility management, risk management, training and competence, recruitment and workforce planning.

A. The Challenge

The fund sought recognition for excellence but lacked the integrated systems, certifications and practices required for awards and international standards. A comprehensive programme was needed to align processes with quality and safety requirements and build internal capability.

B. Our Solution

We provided consulting and training to implement the EFQM model and achieve two levels of European excellence recognition. We installed ISO management systems covering occupational health and safety, knowledge management, facility management, risk, training and competencies, recruitment and workforce planning. The programme included awareness sessions, audits and documentation.

C. Key Achievements

The project positioned HRDF to compete for national and international excellence awards. It established a suite of ISO‑compliant systems, improved organisational processes and cultivated a culture of continuous improvement. HRDF’s practices now align with global standards and support sustainable excellence.
