Project Components

This project modernised the European Fellowship Program’s training content. It reviewed and updated existing training packages, designed specialised programmes and created interactive e‑learning packages with self‑study modules, virtual sessions and smart assessments. It also delivered diverse leadership and professional skill courses, implemented continuous evaluation and engaged experts to provide individual development recommendations.

A. The Challenge

The fellowship’s existing curriculum did not fully reflect best practices or the needs of participants. Without modernisation, the programme risked losing relevance and failing to equip fellows with up‑to‑date skills required in the non‑profit sector.

B. Our Solution

We reviewed and redesigned training packages, incorporating interactive methods and blended learning. New programmes were developed to address leadership and professional skills, and e‑learning packages enabled self‑paced study. Continuous assessment before and after training ensured individual progress and informed personalised development plans.

C. Key Achievements

The enhanced programme increased the relevance and effectiveness of the fellowship. Participants gained contemporary leadership and professional skills, enjoyed flexible and engaging learning experiences and received tailored feedback. The foundation strengthened its reputation as a leader in capacity building for the non‑profit sector.
