We delivered a comprehensive training program for 300 entrepreneurs from small and medium enterprises, covering strategy execution, initiative design using Hoshin, and process improvement using Kaizen. The program was delivered in multiple cities and covered technical and professional competencies.
A. The Challenge
Entrepreneurs needed structured training to build capabilities across technical, managerial and continuous improvement practices. Existing support programs were fragmented and lacked focus on operational excellence and global best practices.
B. Our Solution
We designed and delivered six Kauffman FastTrac programs for technology and industrial entrepreneurs and six Kaizen-based continuous improvement programs. The curriculum combined strategy deployment, process improvement and innovation, customised for different business contexts.
C. Key Achievements
The program trained 300 beneficiaries across five cities, equipping them with skills in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and business growth. Participants gained practical tools to improve processes, enhance productivity, and sustain competitiveness.
