This ongoing project delivers consulting and awareness programmes to industrial establishments on the benefits of implementing management and quality systems. Activities include assessing current practices, developing tailored consulting plans, providing training on standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, running awareness campaigns and supporting pilot implementations.
A. The Challenge
Many industrial enterprises were unaware of management and quality system requirements, leading to inconsistent practices and missed opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.
B. Our Solution
We conducted baseline assessments, designed consulting roadmaps and delivered workshops and coaching sessions. Awareness campaigns highlighted the value of quality systems. Pilot implementations and a train‑the‑trainer model ensured knowledge transfer and long‑term adoption.
C. Key Achievements
