We established a national social impact investment fund, including its legal and operational frameworks, strategy, operating model, systems and governance. The project covered capacity building, knowledge transfer, awareness campaigns, accelerator development, digital systems for paperless operations, and frameworks for measuring social impact.
A. The Challenge
There was no unified national entity to drive social impact investment. Stakeholders lacked awareness, capabilities and governance frameworks to build a vibrant impact investment market and to measure social outcomes.
B. Our Solution
We built the fund's strategy, operating model, policies and governance, recruited and trained staff, developed ecosystem accelerators, designed awareness programs for the public and private sectors, and implemented a digital platform to automate fund processes.
C. Key Achievements
The fund was fully established with governance and technology in place, stakeholders were trained and engaged, accelerators launched, and methodologies for measuring integration and deep social impact were implemented, contributing to Vision 2030 goals.
