We are delivering a program for the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority to strengthen data-analytics capabilities and develop practical, decision-support use cases. The work includes an operating model and roadmap, embedded specialist teams, twenty use cases covering demand forecasting and grid reliability, a fit-for-purpose tools study, and structured training and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable internal capability.
A. The Challenge
Institutionalize advanced analytics that reliably forecast consumption and improve network reliability, while unifying processes, tools, and skills to support evidence-based policy evaluation and timely, strategic decision-making across the authority.
B. Our Solution
Establish an operating model and improvement roadmap; deploy data engineers and data scientists; design twenty use cases with scenario analysis; evaluate and select enabling tools; and conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to embed capabilities.
C. Key Achievements
