The project supports the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority to assess the current state, update Data Management Office policies, and align with national models by reviewing 191 specifications and 107 templates. It defines and measures NDI maturity, executes gap closure and compliance actions, plans the transition to the target state, and delivers workshops, reporting, and a future roadmap.
A. The Challenge
Establish consistent, auditable compliance with national data management specifications, quantify NDI Indicator maturity, close gaps across initiatives, and coordinate stakeholders through governance, reporting, and sustained execution toward a clearly defined target operating model.
B. Our Solution
Conduct a structured assessment; update policies, procedures, and guides; review 191 specifications and 107 templates; build a maturity measurement tool; implement required processes; run workshops and status reporting; and execute a resourced transition roadmap to the target state.
C. Key Achievements
Delivered gap and compliance analysis; produced periodic implementation reports; created a NDI maturity tool; updated DMO documentation; conducted stakeholder workshops; and issued a sequenced, resourced roadmap to improve data lifecycle controls and sustain long-term compliance.
