We enable the National Center for Environmental Compliance to obtain, sustain, and expand ISO/IEC 17020:2012 inspection accreditation. Workstreams cover current-state assessment and gap closure, operational and advisory support, documentation system development, capacity building and workshops, internal audits per ISO 19011:2018, external assessment readiness, and phased scope expansion across soil pollution, noise, marine/coastal environments, and aquatic protection.
A. The Challenge
Build a compliant, scalable inspection system aligned with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and national regulations across multiple domains, close readiness gaps, maintain operations, and produce defensible evidence for external accreditation.
B. Our Solution
Conduct gap analysis and phased closure and expansion plans; develop policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and technical requirements; deliver ongoing knowledge transfer and workshops; execute internal audits and corrective actions; prepare the accreditation dossier and support external evaluations to close findings.
C. Key Achievements
Issued gap and readiness report; produced accreditation and expansion plans; built the inspection documentation package; executed internal audits and management review; maintained nonconformity and corrective-action records; prepared the external accreditation file; proposed an “inspector kit.”
