The project built the capabilities of Saudi Electricity Company staff in the customer services sector by delivering structured project management training across Saudi cities. Eight core courses covered foundations, lifecycle control, planning and monitoring, stakeholder management, and leadership communication, enabling 760 employees to standardize practices, strengthen delivery discipline, and improve service outcomes.
