Project Components

We enabled the General Court of Audit (GCA) in Saudi Arabia to adopt the EFQM 2025 model, starting with a maturity assessment and gap analysis. We supported departments to tailor the model, ran RADAR-focused training for over 195 staff across 20 departments, assigned criterion owners, and instituted impact tracking to raise accreditation readiness and institutional performance.

A. The Challenge

Align diverse departments on EFQM 2025, build capability quickly, baseline maturity, and connect excellence practices with measurable performance improvements while preparing for external assessment and accreditation.

B. Our Solution

Conducted maturity assessment and gap analysis, provided tailored adoption support, delivered RADAR workshops to 195 staff from 20 departments, assigned sub-criterion owners, activated self-assessment, and established mechanisms to monitor impact and satisfaction.

C. Key Achievements
