The project establishes a centralized procedures management function for the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council. It assesses current maturity, designs an operating model, organization and service architecture, KPIs and a maturity tool; builds a full process architecture to level three; documents 600 procedures with operational KPI guides; improves 10 end-to-end procedures; and transfers knowledge to Excellence staff.
A. The Challenge
Absence of a standardized, maturity-based procedures function and coherent process architecture hindered governance, measurement, and continuous improvement across the value chain, requiring clear models, KPIs, documentation discipline, and sustained capability building.
B. Our Solution
Conducted a maturity assessment; designed the operating model, organization, service architecture, KPIs, and a maturity measurement tool; built a level-three process architecture; documented 600 procedures with KPI guides; improved 10 end-to-end procedures; and transferred governance and modeling skills.
B. Key Achievements
Standardized procedures governance with a complete process architecture, issued operational KPI guides per procedure, documented 600 procedures, improved 10 procedures covering a full value chain, and enabled Excellence staff through tools, training, and sustained knowledge transfer.
