Scope covered current-state assessment, visual management with daily Kaizen boards, KPI design, branch profitability analysis, warehouse standards using Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), standard work, 5S and ABC, backhaul optimization, and training on value stream mapping and statistical problem solving.
